1. Overview

This document establishes the operational guidelines and user expectations for utilizing the StoryLegend application.

2. Terms Acknowledgment

Accessing and utilizing StoryLegend signifies your complete acceptance of these established terms. Disagreement with any provision necessitates immediate cessation of app usage.

3. Account Management and Security

Account holders bear full responsibility for:

  • Safeguarding login credentials
  • Monitoring account activities
  • Preventing unauthorized access

StoryLegend disclaims liability for any damages resulting from account misuse.

4. Permissible Service Utilization

Users are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in unlawful activities through the application
  • Violating third-party rights
  • Compromising the app's operational integrity

5. Financial Arrangements

a. Subscription Framework

StoryLegend provides multiple subscription options. By selecting a plan, users commit to paying associated fees as detailed within the application. Billing occurs periodically—monthly or annually—based on user selection.

b. Renewal Mechanism

Subscriptions automatically continue at billing cycle conclusion unless manually deactivated. Charges will match previous billing amounts, subject to potential plan modifications.

c. Transaction Processing

Payment transactions are processed through designated financial platforms. Users are responsible for maintaining current and accurate payment information. Failure to provide valid payment details may result in service interruption.

d. Refund Policy

StoryLegend maintains a limited refund policy. Customers may submit a refund request within 14 days of their initial purchase. All such requests are subject to review and approval at StoryLegend's sole discretion. Refunds will not be processed after the 14-day period has expired. StoryLegend reserves the right to decline refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to extensive service usage or terms of service violations. This refund policy is without prejudice to any statutory rights that may be applicable under relevant laws. For more information on the refund process, please contact our customer support.

e. Pricing Adjustments

StoryLegend reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide a minimum 30-day advance notification of any changes. Continued use of our service after such notification will be considered as implicit agreement to the new pricing structure.

f. Subscription Termination

Users may cancel subscriptions at any moment through account settings. Active service continues until current billing cycle's conclusion. No prorated refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property Considerations

  • Application-generated content remains company property
  • User-created content, including AI-assisted materials, maintains full user ownership
  • No intellectual property transfer occurs through platform usage

7. Account Suspension

Violation of established terms may result in immediate account termination.

8. Liability Constraints

The application is provided "as-is" with minimal guarantees. Legal liability is extensively disclaimed.

9. User Indemnification

Users agree to protect the company from potential claims arising from improper platform utilization.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed according to the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of StoryLegend will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

11. Terms Modification

The company retains rights to update terms periodically. Continued usage implies acceptance of revised conditions.

12. Age Restrictions

Platform access is exclusively permitted for individuals aged 18 and above.

13. External Service Interactions

While the application might reference or link external services, the company bears no responsibility for third-party content or practices.
